Placing an Order

To place an order by phone, please call us with details and quantity of fasteners you require. Please also have your Switch / Mastercard / Visa details to hand.

For cheque / cash / PO orders please use a copy of the order form downloadable below, please state:

1. Your Name, Address & Telephone No.

2. The Size (eg 1/4" x 1") of each item required.

3. A Description including the type of thread eg: BSF, Metric etc and also what the component is eg: Hex Nut, Bolt, Set Screw etc, for each item. Click [Identifying Fasteners] for a guide on how to correctly identify your fasteners.

4. The quantity required and price of the item.

5. The payment, remembering to include postage and packing to 10% of order value (minimum £1.00).

Please remember there is no VAT to add.

Postal payment is accepted in Cash (Sent at your own risk), Cheque or Postal Order.

Please make Cheques payable to Discount Stainless

We can match fasteners to your samples, but please help us by including a reasonable amount of postage if you wish to have the original samples returned.

Please enquire about fasteners not shown in the price list, given a reasonable amount of time, we can get them!
