My name is Kiriakos
Triantafillou and I live in Volos
Greece.
My date of birth is 10 May 1969 ...
I am technician with a lots of experience in many fields,
In the beginning I had take my diploma as electrician, with expansion
fields ( Heavy industry - Appliances service - Cars electrician & heavy
vehicles electrician – Plus elevators).
I speak two foreign
languages (German is the second), and I belong in the lucky generation of
Greeks, who was forced to take computer lessons, in a public school at the
year 1986, as I was the first generation of Greeks who had to follow the
new revolutionary Greek educational system of the future.
Large floppy disks -
Programming with the use of BASIC (Computers language) and large ultra
heavy terminals with 86X based CPUs, was our weapons :-)
My dad was a freelancer
cars-electrician, but he died when I was 16 years old, and so I had to
follow my own way in life.
I have work in electronics
repairs ( TV HiFi ) for 6 years ,
Installation and
support of stock market data streaming systems based on satellite receivers, and Windows servers.
Also as repairman of
professional FM radio broadcast systems. And the last years I work exclusively
as industrial electrician, with small private contracts.
Until now I had a good
life but not the expected financial boost.
This is why I am still open, for one more
beneficial job proposal, local or even international.
Additionally I have a
good background about computers and servicing them, I am almost self told, and I had study certification curves, like
A+ and MCSE Win2k SERVER training kits, but
never gave the exams ( was costly ) .
I have live long enough
with all the OS from Microsoft , since 1996 and after that I got
my first computer, 20 days later Microsoft started
shipping the Win 95 English Ver...
Today I can work, and fine tune , most
of the problems in Dos - Win98 - NT4 - Win 2000 Pro & XP operating
systems, I can setup small networks, I build web pages & graphics, and I
act as photographer occasionally .
Once a taxicab driver
from London,
had describe me as Master-Sparky, I think that finally I deserve the title
:-)
