Besides sometimes doing freelance pixel art for people that hire him (he is always looking for interesting jobs), he is also involved in creating art for Dungeon Craft, an old school CRPG creation program based on the old Forgotten Realms Unlimited Adventures by SSI—a natural match for Edward, who besides enjoying creating pixel art, is also an old-school role-playing fan (read: dork).

Edward's inspiration typically comes from things he likes or enjoyed in the past, such as Advanced Dungeons & Dragons, Ranma ½, cetaceans, lagomorphs, rodents, and, of course, Chinese martial arts.
