Look at data to form hypothesis to try and clearly define and analyze data. Is there any commercial value to
the present school building? What to do with the Union building, Can we build an addition on the present school.
Should we build up or out? Is there presently any debt/bonds?
Study the last 15 years and projection for next 15 years. Statistics on town population. School statistics.
Reconcile State numbers with town lists. Use car registrations, 2000 census, birth records, etc. to gain a
solid foundation to be revisited yearly.
What programs are needed. What are required? What do we have in place now? What programs has the School
Board been looking into? Special Education numbers and grade levels.
Getting information out to the community via newspapers, town websites, emails, community channel, and any
other source deemed appropriate.
