ESL Job Network Privacy Policy Statement
E-mail Addresses
You may choose to add your e-mail address to our contact list via the forms on our blog. ESL Job Network guarantees that your e-mail address will never be shared with any third party and that we will remove your email at your request. We don't currently send advertising via email, but in the future our e-mail may contain advertisements and we may send dedicated email messages from our advertisers without revealing your email addresses to them. All e-mail messages we send out contain instructions and a link on how to stop receiving e-mails from ESL Job Network.
Comments/Message Boards
ESL Job Network posts contain comment sections (a.k.a. message boards). We do not actively monitor these comments and the information on them is for interaction purposes only. If we are alerted to something we deem inappropriate in any way, we may delete it at our discretion. We use validation on most of our message boards in order to reduce "comment spam."
Third Party Cookies
Third party advertisers like Google may use cookies and/or web beacons in order to determine the number of times you have seen an advertisement. This is done to limit the number times you are shown the same advertisement. ESL Job Network does not have access to this data nor does it have control over it. You may disable cookie tracking at your browser's settings/preferences but it may affect your user experience and you may not be able to use some site features. Moreover, Google will be implementing interest-based advertising using a DoublecLick DART cookie. Google's use of the DART cookie enables it to serve ads to users based on their visit to this site and other sites on the Internet. Users may opt out of the use of the DART cookie by visiting the Google ad and content network privacy policy.
Traffic Reports
Our industry-standard traffic reporting records IP addresses, Internet service provider information, referrer strings, browser types and the date and time pages are loaded. We use this information in the aggregate only to provide traffic statistics to advertisers and to figure out which features and editorials are most popular.
Legal proceedings
We will make every effort to preserve user privacy but ESL Job Network may need to disclose information when required by law.
